Two powerful AC units sit on the roof and keep the home nice and cool especially during the hot summer months. While not a requirement, we'd just ask that shoes be removed at the door to minimize the spread of germs throughout the house. The driveway has enough space to park 4 cars. Have more cars? Street parking in front of the house and on the side is okay. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood so feel free to take a morning / evening stroll. Just not during mid day when temperatures can get up to 118 degrees. ;) Just a short 4 minute drive will get you to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter where you can shop, eat, drink and hang out. All houses are all single level, which makes it feel very airy and open vs other taller homes where it feels more claustrophobic. Neighbors are extremely friendly and look out for one another, which means it's very safe and quiet. Manicured and landscaped parks and sidewalks make walking or biking a breeze. Only two blocks from a bus route and driving is no problem. Plenty of Uber / Lyft drivers in the area if you'd prefer to leave the car and let someone else do the driving.
